Create your Company Yellow Page Entry

Step 1 – Create your own wiki page

• Open the PPDM Wiki by clicking on the wiki tab in the web site.
• Go to this page http://www.ppdm.org/wiki/index.php/PPDM_White_Pages and find your company name. Select your company name from this list.
• If your company name does not appear, you may add it, or contact us for help.
• A new page that is titled with your company name should appear. It will not have any text (except some default instructions)
• Select the EDIT tab. A text box will appear – you will enter the text for your wiki page here.

Step 2 – Create the Content for your wiki page

• Create as many sections as you need to describe your company. You may include images, hyperlinks or whatever you wish.
• Be sure to include information about the PPDM based or compliant products and services you provide. The information should be well organized and easy to read.
• Be sure to include a section with contact information

Step 3 – Create the necessary service categories

• This section is mandatory
• The PPDM Wiki is built using a semantic engine. The engine is capable of taking specific tags and using them to build new pages. In this step, you will select the appropriate tags and include them at the bottom of your page.
• Please to not change any of the tag names – if you do, the tag will not work correctly.
• Please do not create any new tags – if you do, the yellow pages will not work correctly. If you want a new tag added, contact Trudy at curtist@ppdm.org.
• When complete, these links will cause new entries to be connected to the categories shown here Category:PPDM_Yellow_Pages
• Select the tags, shown below and also in the PDF document linked at the bottom of the page, those describe your business best and copy them exactly as they appear into your wiki page. You may select as many tags as you wish, but please be accurate.
