PPDM 3.8 Changes

The following sections of this manual were added or revised for PPDM version 3.8:

• 3 PPDM DDL Components Row quality flags are now mandatory.
• 4.3.8 Table name references in PPDM Length of table name references in PPDM extended from 24 to 30 characters.
• 5.5.1 Arcs Guidelines Length of check constraint for super sub types increased from 24 to 30 (consistent with 4.3.8)
• 6.1.1 Null data guidelines Added detail for PPDM AUDIT HISTORY use for NULL data
• 6.2.3 Population of unknown dates Added detail about recommendation for handling unknown dates
• 6.4 Vertical tables Added section about handling vertical tables using PPDM PROPERTY SET
• 6.9 Standardized columns in PPDM Some changes made to definitions
• 7.3 Reference table use Description of vertical table control added
• 10.2 Coordinates Detail about spatial handling added
• 14 Target Deliverables This section enhanced to describe current deliverables.
