PPDM version 3.7 adds nearly 350 new tables to the model with substantial enhancements in the areas of biostratigraphy, sample collection and preparation, reserves, well logs and land management. Improvements to many existing business and support modules have been incorporated through the PPDM change management process. Click here to see some high level diagrams of the model. PPDM Lite 1.0, released publicly, may be thought of as a simple warehouse or data mart model. If desired, PPDM Lite 1.0 may be spatially enabled using a GIS system. For most implementations, PPDM Lite 1.0 will be maintained through automated processes from PPDM 3.7. Synchronization procedures are provided to members of the PPDM Association. |
