Data Quality
The quality of the sample data is indicated in the column ROW_QUALITY for every table.
- Where ROW_QUALITY = 'SYNTHETIC', the data was artificially generated by the work groups as examples of usage.
- Where ROW_QUALITY = 'REAL', the data was derived from an open or public data source.
- Where ROW_QUALITY = 'REFERENCE'. the data may be considered to be reference data suitable for implementation. This data should only be used after thorough review and analysis by your company; the PPDM Association does not assert the data to be complete or error free. It can be considered a good start on your implementation, however.
PPDM Mapping Database
Due to the sponsorship of Talisman Energy, PPDM Association can now offer a mapping between PPDM 3.2 and PPDM 3.7 (XLS). The mapping is in excel format (contact PPDM if you require a different format).
