Board of Directors

Directors serve for a one year term from AGM to AGM. The election is held as part of the Annual General Meeting, held in Calgary each year in the fall or early winter.

The requirements for a member of the Board of Directors are:

• employee of a member organization

• able to participate actively in monthly board meetings

• able to fulfill an assignment on a Board committee which also meets approximately monthly
