Events Terms and Conditions

 

Who is eligible for Member Pricing?

You need to be a member in good standing of the PPDM Association to receive member pricing. You will be required to log into the PPDM Association website PRIOR to completing online registration system in order to be eligible for member pricing.

What forms of payment are acceptable?

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Cheque (An invoice will be sent to you upon registration)

Is there a group discount available?

Yes, there is a discount available for groups of 10 people or more. Each person in this group will receive 10% off their registration. Please contact to register as a group in order to receive this discount.

Will my badge be sent to me?

No. Badges will be available for pick-up at the Registration Desk during the conference only. Badges must be worn throughout the duration of the event.

Will my information be sold to or shared with any third-party?

We do not sell, rent, or give your personal information to third parties for any reason. If you have further questions regarding the protection of your registration information, please contact the PPDM Association at

Reporting and Publishing

Information presented at PPDM Association events MAY NOT be published or distributed in any way without prior written permission of the author and / or presenter.

Media Permission (Photography & Video)

Photographers and Videographers are frequently on site to capture images of PPDM Association events, meetings or conferences. These images are used by the PPDM Association for promotional use only (with the exception of webinars), and from time to time photographs or video footage of registrants attending a PPDM Association event or conference may be published in the PPDM Association e-newsletter, brochures, electronic media, in composite representations or online.

By registering for a PPDM Association event, meeting or conference you are acknowledging that you are aware that there is potential for your picture to be taken or for you to be captured on video. If you do NOT wish photographs or footage of yourself to be published you must notify the PPDM Association at prior to the event. While the PPDM Association cannot guarantee that your image will not be captured and / or published, we will make every effort to honor your request.

Please note that any and all participants of live video interviews or presenters who are recorded live will be required to sign a formal media release form.

Will the Presentations be Available Online?

It is the current policy of the PPDM Association to make conference and meeting presentations available online within three weeks of the conference, pending the permission of the author / speaker. Proceedings are made available to the public free of charge, and are subject to the guidelines stated in the Reporting and Publishing section above. 

Cancellation Policy

The PPDM Association will issue full refunds for conference registrations less a $25 administration fee for all written cancellation requests received up to ten days before the meeting or conference. The PPDM Association regrets that refunds will not be available after this date. Substitutions may be permitted on a case by case basis. Please contact the office at for further information.
